Venture Capital Analyst/Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Analyst/Associate to join our team at ACE Ventures in Geneva or Zurich. We are committed to supporting the growth and success of our portfolio companies and are always on the lookout for new investment opportunities that will be shaping the future. Location: Geneva and/or Zurich

• Assist across all stages of the investment cycle, from sourcing new deals to screening, performing due diligence, and reporting.
• Evaluate business ideas and build the foundation of our selection decisions by conducting market research and deep-diving into new industry sectors.
• Draft investment memos, presentations, and internal documentation that effectively communicate the potential of prospective investments.
• Work with portfolio companies to help drive their success.
• Attend pitch events, meet founders and industry partners, and build relationships within the ecosystem to help best accelerate the growth of our portfolio and identify new investment opportunities.
• Coordinate investor reporting and provide fundraising support, and any other ad-hoc operational

• Degree in a scientific or relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a Venture Capital firm, private equity, or startup.
• Exceptional communication skills: simplifying and articulating complex data clearly and effectively.
• Independent and self-motivated: thrive in an autonomous work environment, showcasing quick adaptability and a self-starter mentality.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: we highly value a hustle mentality and a 'make it happen' approach.
• Language and IT requirements: proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of any other European language is an asset—solid competency with Microsoft and Google suites, with knowledge of Notion being a plus.
