What part will you play?

• You will be responsible for interpreting user research and data and translating them into content standards, layouts, ideas and concepts.
• You will optimize and reshape the user experience by creating exemplary copy and layouts that help users find information and accomplish their tasks and achieve business goals on our most critical touchpoints.
• You must be able to successfully communicate, pitch and justify your disciplinary expertise and data based decision making to colleagues at various levels of seniority and with variable knowledge of UX.
• Over time you will identify, iterate and support to communicate the correct balance for content between brand/product messaging, informational need and user task
• You will plan, prepare and evolve user centric content standards, layouts, and taxonomies for our wider content creator and publisher group.

What you need to make real what matters.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Computer Science, Psychology preferred, but practical experience and a strong portfolio of work will also be valued
• You have several years’ experience in content strategy, technical writing, UX writing, or copywriting
• Evidence/portfolio demonstrating design thinking methodology and user centered approach to content and copy decision making
• Knowledge and experience of forming and communicating content standards, guidelines, and taxonomies
• Ability to break down complex topics into engaging and relatable content
• Experience in publishing to Content Management Systems an advantage
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to thrive in an Agile team environment
• You have a self-directed nature - structuring and organizing your work to achieve necessary outcomes.
• You are comfortable working in international and diverse teams and with colleagues with different backgrounds and seniority levels.
• You speak and write English fluently on a business level.
