Our office in Vienna or Munich is looking for an ambitious Unity Developer (all genders). At svarmony, the Unity Developer will be responsible for the development of XR applications and maintain an extensive library of Unity packages.

• Work together with the Unity team on multiple Client projects.
• Write high-quality, performant code, and maintainable code.
• Develop and maintain an extensive Unity Packages library for rapid XR application development.
• Research and development for XR glasses, including Magic Leap 2 or the latest Apple Vision Pro.
• Research and development of services and technologies for enhancing company solutions.
• Implement automated testing in Unity Packages library.
• Shader development and maintenance.
• Promoting team culture and spaces for professional growth within Unity development and overall company.

• 2-4 years work experience as a Unity Developer, ideally with agency experience.
• Expert in working with Unity and C#.
• Experience in developing XR games or applications using ARFoundation, Vuforia or VisionLib.
• Good knowledge of SOLID Principles, asynchronous development, and design patterns..
• Knowledge of version control systems as part of a team (git or similar).
• Good knowledge of the Unity package ecosystem and how to create packages.
• Nice to have: Experience creating shaders using the Unity Built-in Render Pipeline and URP.
• Nice to have: Experience developing with XR glasses such as Hololens, Magic Leap, Meta Quest or HTC Vive.
• Nice to have: Experience creating native Unity plugins for iOS/Android.
• Nice to have: Experience with UniRx for reactive development.
• Nice to have: Experience using UniTask for asynchronous development.
• Fluent with writing/speaking English.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for learning, share knowledge and innovation.
• Nice to have: Solid understanding of Redux.
