• Responsible for the design, further development and optimisation of the global Unfied Communication services (Cisco Jabber, Webex, Video Conferencing, Vbrick)
• Technical lead for UC related topics within projects
• 3rd level support for UC related incidents
• Responsible for technical and end-user documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• Self-driven, efficient and exact working methods
• Higher technical education (HF, TS, FH, Uni)
• Profound knowledge in the area of Unfied Communication solutions
• German and English (oral and written)
