Treasury Management System Implementation: Lead the implementation of the TMS across the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient integration process. Document guidelines and track implementation progress
TMS Administration and Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the TMS, ensuring system stability and accuracy. Set up and maintain static data, design treasury work sheets and reports and lead the cash flow allocation process to optimize automated mapping
New Market Entries: Lead the technical implementation efforts relating to bank integration in new Tesla territories; including project management and implementation of new and existing banking partners
Treasury Process Optimization: Continuously review treasury processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the TMS. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control. Draft process charts and supporting documentation related to TMS workflows
Monitor the daily cash and liquidity position and maintain regional cash reporting in the TMS, including cash flow and currency forecasting
Lead the management of inter-company loans, funding, settlements and In-House banking
Assist the treasury department in evaluating and automating internal controls

Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification preferred, or the equivalent in experience
You ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience working with treasury management systems in a corporate treasury environment. TMS implementation experience preferred
Strong understanding of treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity management, risk management, and financial instruments
You are a problem-solver; always looking for better ways to get things done and always open to learning, collaborating and helping where needed
You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver high quality results
You think in terms of automation and how processes can be streamlined
You have excellent communication skills, with a business to near native level of fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional European languages are a plus
