First line dispatching day-to-day operations, such as checking truckpositions and ensuring quick departure and planning arrivals for reload, assigningtrucks and drivers to new trips, supporting management with monitoring ofdrivers’ maximum shift hours and (bi-)weekly restrictions
Ensure the right (customs) documentation is prepared and solvechallenges/problems that arise
Optimize capacity through return and/or multi-destination truck loads andby focusing on cost, speed and reliability, achieving acceptable service level agreements
Actively collaborate with various finished vehicle logistics and planningrelated teams to ensure there is close alignment of goals and a fast flow of informations
Closely coordinate with sales and delivery teams to provide the highestlevel of service and act as first point of contact for information or updatesabout shipments, including reliable ETA´s
Readily communicate with Tesla team members on status of assignments
Ensure Tesla internal systems are up to date and provide input on how toimprove the workflow
Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision
Actively learning about driver and truck management, driving hoursmanagement (review/approve hours through Kronos, including PTO and payroll,etc.) in order to support management
Actively learning about driver cost management (review/approve expensesthrough Concur, etc.) in order to support management
Actively support with regional coordination assignment, KPIperformance management (truck utilization, cost per kilometer, etc.)
Follow all safety and legal procedures actively learningabout overall compliance to support management

Anfrage
1-3 years experience in logistics, business, purchasing and/or financebackground
Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise andproblem solve
Strong Excel background
Good communication skills in the English language, other Europeanlanguages are a plus
Understanding of road transportation rules and regulation (or is willingto learn)
Car transport background is a plus, but we are happy to teach you
Team player and with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, multitask andprioritize appropriately
Actively able or learning to work both individually and in a team-basedenvironment and achieve common goals
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Other relevant certifications are a plus
Basic smartphone/tablet/computer skillset to operate the Tesla LogisticsApp
