Position Summary

Become an integral part of a dynamic team within a collaborative, future forward environment supporting the world’s largest online marketplace.

Our team oversees all aspects of eBay’s Transfer Pricing functions – including planning, controversy, operational and compliance matters.

Major Responsibilities

Working on Transfer Pricing projects such as:

• collaborate with teams in tax, legal, finance, accounting, financial reporting, and the business to ensure effective operational TP,
• prepare Transfer Pricing documentation for eBay’s businesses,
• assist with functional interviews, compilation of tested party data and related tasks as part of the team preparing Transfer Pricing documentation reports,
• support foreign tax audits on Transfer Pricing matters by providing IDR responses and developing potential settlement analysis,
• use of MS Word, Excel, Access, and other tools to prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance. Prior experience working with SAP and Alteryx a major plus.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of four to six years of experience with tax or Transfer Pricing related projects in either an advisory or corporate setting
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, mathematics, or statistics from an accredited college/university
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Transfer pricing
• Financial statement analysis
• Valuations
• Quantitative and competitive analysis
• Statistical sampling and econometrics
• Plan evaluation, and/or operational performance analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to work effectively in a team environment and make a positive contribution toward the overall success of the team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
• Strong attention to detail while never losing site of the "big picture”
