Unsere Auftragseingänge wachsen schnell – und dadurch auch die Zahl unserer Beschäftigten in der Produktion. Das führt zu einem beständig hohen Bedarf an Trainings und Einweisungen in den verschiedenen Funktionen, die unsere Produktionsmitarbeiter wahrnehmen können, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu erreichen.
Und dafür suchen wir Dich!
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Du bist für das Handling von A--Z, der Trainings und Workshops für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in der Produktion und Logistik verantwortlich.
- Du führst eine Auftragsklärung und Bedarfsanalyse mit Führungskräften bezüglich Trainings und Workshops durch
- Du trainierst die Mitarbeiter in den Produktionsprozessen "on the job”
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau des Trainingsbereichs am Standort Barleben
- Du organisierst und führst die monatlichen Onboardingveranstaltungen für neue Mitarbeiter durch
- Du bist interessiert an der Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Schulungen
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst die Schulungsmaterialien, Visualisierungen & Handouts anhand von Prozessdokumentationen
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, gern im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Moderations- und Trainingsmethoden
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld (Produktion/Logistik)
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und Du schaffst es Dich selbst zu motivieren
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse der Office-Tools oder auch gerne von Google Workspace
- Du sprichst gutes Deutsch und Englisch auf einem Niveau C1
