TRAINEE SALES INTERNATIONAL IN GLOBAL TRANSPORT (M/F/X)

The Global Transport department belongs to the Supply Chain business unit. They are responsible to manage Supply Chains global product “Transport”, including operational standards, driving our sustainability roadmap and the ways we sell our product to customers. In addition, Global Transport is in charge of the global deployment of DigiHaul - the new digital freight business.

Your tasks

• Deploy best practices for process improvement, data analysis and provide inputs that affect the functional area of responsibility
• Coordinate with deployment leads and operational team to develop workflows, business improvements and innovation
• Drive project management tasks needed for a successful country implementation, supporting the relevant country implementation leads, as well as the Global Transport core business with a focus on sustainability and growth

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Graduation before October 1st, 2024 in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, social science, informatics, media & communication or engineering
• First professional experience (up to 3 years) in consulting, tech driven or logistics company, minimum 3 months international experience
• Fluent English skills; Spanish or Portuguese skills are a benefit
• Customer oriented strong communicator and team player
• High level of problem solving skills
• Open-minded and understanding of agile processes and digital business models
