The vision for DHL eCommerce IT is to deliver outstanding IT support for our business in Europe, Asia and US by creating and running the DHL eCommerce Europe and Rest of World Crossborder IT platforms that delivers great service quality and cutting-edge features that makes a difference in our markets.
The IT Europe department is a a highly motivated team of digital experts focusing on global IT platforms. Our peers within the country organizations (Iberia, Benelux, Poland, UK, Czech Republic, Crossborder solutions, US, Blue Dart (India), Thailand, Malaysia, Australia) are responsible for their country specific local IT systems. Together, this global IT community ensures alignment on technical and regulatory topics and support corporate initiatives by active participation in multiple Center of Excellence (COE). The team focus on IT Security and Service Management; Systems Reliability: Ensuring Stable, Secure & Scalable IT platforms; New Capability: Driving Projects that deliver innovation, Productivity & Real-Time Information; State of the art technologies by active participation in Group IT COE’s.

Your tasks

• Business Analysis
• Project Management
• DevOps support
• Stakeholder Management
• Definition/Revision of IT roadmaps
• Vendor Management

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Graduation before October 1st, 2024 in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Informatics or Economy
• First professional experience (up to 3 years) in Information Technology, Jira/Confluence and Salesforce practise, minimum 3 months of international experience
• Fluent English skills; German skills are a benefit
• Teamplayer with strong communication skills
• Ability to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics
• Knowledge of Project management basics
