Your tasks

- Support the Account Admin and Payments Experts in processing of payments and managing accounts for corporate clients

- Get to know product suite of payments, account admin, reconciliations systems and support the Team as well as Relationship Managers and other internal clients

- Monitor the processing and execution of tasks within various systems as well as with our internal processing partners

- Together with the Teams Experts you will be optimizing and streamlining given procedures to gain quality and effectiveness within the daily business.

- Involving product specialists and ensuring that products offered are in line with given regulations and internal policies.

- Get engaged in the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes for Corporate Clients

- Coordinated with internal and external providers to manage the proper execution of tasks and any needed changes due to regulations or general changes and optimization.

- Gather insight and knowledge about highly relevant markets and sectors in the Spain region

Your profile

- You have completed your Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/other relevant disciplines or Certificate on higher Education ( HNT) in Administration and Finance à max 12 months prior to starting the internship

- Proven and distinctive analytical and organizational skills

- Understanding of the banking industry

- Great team player and willing to work in an international environment

- Proficient in using MS Office, esp. MS Excel & Powerpoint

- Native/Fluent in Spanish – English and/or German are a plus
