Trade Finance Operations Associate (X/F/M)

We are currently in search of a Trade Finance Operations Associate (x/f/m) for an international Corporate Investment Bank in Frankfurt.

As a Trade Finance Operations Associate (x/f/m), you will do the administration, monitoring, and control of trade transactions such as direct and indirect guarantees, SBLCs, import and export letters of credit booked in the Frankfurt Branch.

Your key responsibilities

* You are responsible for trade solutions, including guarantees, documentary letters of credits,
documentary collections, discounting and forfaiting.
* You prepare offers for corporate clients and financial institutions.
* You structure export and import transactions.
* You coordinate with other departments of the bank, including FI, Risk, Compliance regarding transactions and approvals.

Qualification

* University Degree in Business Administration or Economics, or at least two years of work experience in Financial Services or Commercial Lending or International Finance or Letters of Credit or International Trade
* Knowledge of all Trade Finance products (L/C, bank guarantee(s), receivables, transactional Trade Finance, inward outward remittances, regulatory guidelines etc.)
* Excellent Client and Stakeholder Management
* Fluent English and ideally in German
* High energy and self-driven individual with a passion to make a difference
* Team player and willingness to go the extra mile
