Your Role and your Team:
In this position, you will report directly to the Team Lead PO Design and will work on a variety of projects and tasks together with other teams at Lilium.

Your Day to Day:
- Design work which includes 3D modelling, 3D-model assemblies, 2D engineering drawings - assembly and part detail documentation.
- Preparing the concepts of the designs for requesters and review purposes.
- Making critical decisions about design technical solutions and concepts.
- Creating BOM using custom designed, standard and supplier part catalogues.
- Changes in existing designs and performing documentation of existing products.
- Meetings related to work. Project related sessions with requesters, clarification of projects, discussions, requirements definition. Design reviews and concepts presentations.
- Involvement in problem solving during manufacturing execution and testing. Troubleshooting and feedback to the corresponding teams, cooperation for root cause analysis.
- Work related administrative tasks.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, in tooling design for assembly and production purposes like tools, jigs, fixturing, stations, production equipment, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years years of experience using Siemens NX® (NX12-NX2212) on daily basis as a main duty, modelling, assembly, drafting.
- Understanding of tolerancing system, industry standards will be needed on daily basis (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing - GD&T, standard and supplier catalogues).
- Relevant knowledge about manufacturing methods, materials and processes will be desired (manufacturability, design to manufacture and design to cost).
- Relevant IT/computer/communication skills are expected on daily basis, necessary training will be provided.
- Communicative English is a must.
