Your responsibilities and tasks:
Si ricerca figura in area collaudo omogeneizzatori abile nelle seguenti attività:
Collegamento idraulico e elettrico dell'omogeneizzatore all'impianto di test;
Parametrizzazione dei dati di collaudo dell'omogeneizzatore sulla baia di test opportuna tramite utilizzo HMI;
Verifica del corretto collegamento idraulico ed elettrico;
Parametrizzazione della strumentazione elettrica di controllo dell'omogeneizzatore (HMI, PLC, INVERTER, PID, FLUSSOSTATI, PRESSOSTATI, MANOTRASMETTITORI, SENSORI DI TEMPERATURA, etc.);
Avviamento test e verifica dei dati di progetto di funzionamento dell'omogeneizzatore (PORTATA, PRESSIONE, ASSORBIMENTI MOTORI ELETTRICI, etc.);
Scollegamento finale dell'omogeneizzatore una volta validato il test.
Si precisa che il lavoro sarà sempre svolto in sede e non sono previste trasferte.
Your profile and qualifications:
Si ricerca figura con le seguenti competenze:
Ottima c onoscenza di uno schema elettrico;
Ottima manualità nelle attività di cablaggio elettrico;
Buona conoscenza dell'elettronica industriale (MOTORI ELETTRICI MONOFASE E TRIFASE, INVERTER, STRUMENTAZIONE DI MISURA):
Gradita conoscenza e utilizzo del PLC Siemens S7 TIA Portal e relativo HMI;
Gradita conoscenza lingua inglese livello B1;
