Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst & Controlling - Engineering (m/w/d)

Standort: Bremen
Art der Stelle: Teilzeit (20-25h)
Befristung: Unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben

• Projektverfolgung und Überwachung der Performance zu internen Projekten (Zeit, Kosten, Qualität) im direkten Austausch mit der Abteilungsleitung.

• Pflege von Projektdaten und Projektmanagement im ERP System.

• Angebotserstellung und Auftragsabwicklung (national- und international)

• Kundenberatung und Betreuung / Fremdsprachliche Korrespondenz (Telefonisch und per Mail)

• Reklamationssachbearbeitung

• Terminplanung und Koordination von Aufträgen mit den Fachbereichen

• Pflege von Kundenstammdaten in unserem ERP-System

• Optimale Planung, Durchführung, Koordination sonstiger administrativer Tätigkeiten

• Abwicklung von Zollangelegenheiten

• Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle logistischer Transportprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern

Unsere Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. im Bereich Ve

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Industrie oder alternativ im Groß- und Außenhandel

• Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion inkl. Vertrieb, Kundenbetreuung, Auftragsabwicklung und Controlling.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (ERP SAGE X3, Google Suite, MS Office)

• Sie sind sorgfältig, teamfähig, flexibel und haben das notwendige Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, selbstständige, organisierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
