What you’ll do
- As Manager Test Automation Engineering (m/f/d) you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and usability of our products – you'll be responsible for evaluating products, identifying issues and providing feedback to improve the performance of our products
- You're responsible for the delivery of NFT services (UI and API performance)
- Above all, interpreting and collecting business, technical and service acceptance NFRs and preparing the test design for end-to-end performance tests is part of your daily business
- You'll take over the test metrics, KPIs and continuous improvement as well as analysing performance results and creating summaries and bug reports
- You'll drive the escalation of NFT issues, track the defect triad and manage RAID and mitigation plans
- You apply the principles of quality engineering throughout the agile product lifecycle
- As a communicative interface, you coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and offer your support
What you’ll bring
- You've successfully completed a degree in (business/media) computer science or a comparable qualification and have at least 2-4 years of professional experience in QA and testing
- You can prove your knowledge of Jira and Confluence and your experience in Test Automation (including your overview of performance and load testing tools) through practical experience
- In the past you were able to gain some experience in the development and execution of test cases as well as in error reporting and tracking
- You're confident in dealing with complex, multi-layered software solutions and are familiar with agile frameworks and principles
- Above all, your keen eye for identifying performance bottlenecks, handling throughput requirements and creating load profiles for the required throughput are among your strengths
- Experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Grafana, InfluxDB, Git, as well as ISTQB certification are a plus
- You'd describe yourself as analytical and self-motivated and your way of working as team-oriented – you're enthusiastic about working in a multicultural team
- Good English skills and your strong problem-solving skills round off your profile
