We have a very interesting position as a Commercial Support and Contract Manager.
In the role of Commercial Support, the candidate main mision would be organize, coordinate and deploy the business strategies and policies of the IP business, capacity, Colocation and security, conquering markets and customers in the short/medium term, ensuring the revenue, profitability and operational excellence of them, managing the product variables, price, distribution and communication, with financial responsibility for the consolidated services. As Contract Manager, the candidate will be reponsible for improving the US contract negotiation timeframes.
Main Duties & Responsabilities:
• Advice and control of the sales area during the process of commercial negotiation and closing of offers.
• Conduct and organize the formation of the Sales Force and Indirect Channel
• Lead and coordinate the proposal of quotes and RFPs until delivery to the customer through sales.
• Calculate the necessary costs for bids and RFPs
• Attendance to key meetings and presentations with clients.
• Controlling the quality of customer service
• Prepare monthly billing for customers.
• Preparation and formalization of contracts together legal area
• Track and coordinate the sales funnel.
• Analyze offers and lost RFP's (post-mortem analysis).
CONTRACT MANAGER
Workload will mostly comprise contracts of medium to high value and/or complexity. A principal contract manager may also do work typically handled by contract managers and senior contract managers when required. Typical examples of work undertaken by principal contract managers include:
• High value multi-tower contracts for a range of Capacity, IP, Colocation and security services
• Medium to high value contracts where there is a requirement to contract on customer terms.
• Being the first point of contact for matters relating to contracts
Requirements:
- Higher Degree in Telecommunications Engineering / Computer Science or Business Management. Is valued for Marketing or MBA .
- 5 years of experience in tasks similar to those described, in telecommunications companies.
- English and Spanish (Proficency level).
Technical knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Salesforce and Docusign tools
