- Deliver technical hands-on, instructor-led, and virtual training sessions for groups of various sizes, including new hires, customers, and existing employees.
- Keep up to date with current trends in Learning and Development to ensure we are taking advantage of the most up-to-date technologies and techniques
- Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders including Design, Production, Quality, Service Leadership, Instructional Design and EHS teams
- Research and remain current on industry trends and data-informed best practices and identify mechanisms to deploy them into the training curricula
- Create a knowledge repository on industry best practices and training methodologies to support the development of the technical training team
- Identify operational improvements that increase safety, efficiency, and quality
- Create a positive work environment by demonstrating accountability, confidence, and commitment
Anfrage
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in the training field or related area with EV and/or heavy truck service experience preferred
- Friendly, clear, strong speaker with composure, approachability, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required with the proven ability to successfully deliver and communicate complex content in both technical and non-technical language depending on audience
- Proven time management and organizational skills including strong ability to multitask
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Up to 50% travel
