Your future role.
- You define the Technical Regulation and Standardization (TR&S) strategy for Innomotics, lead TR&S strategic projects and implement appropriate programs together with other responsibles in order to ensure, that the TR&S principles and policies are implemented.
- You advise our CEO and other business responsibles of Innomotics on TR&S topics.
- You will initiate the identification of TR&S risks and opportunities, communicate this to the relevant experts and responsibles in the Divisions, Functions and Regions of Innomotics and drive or follow-up on according projects.
- You represent Innomotics in National and International Standardization and Regulation Bodies or Working Groups as contributing specialist, play an active role there and drive its work accordingly.
- You analyze and implement concepts, methods, tools and processes in relation to selected TR&S topics and advise responsibles in Innomotics accordingly such organizations.
- You have completed your technical studies plus further qualifications such as PhD or MBA.
- You have long-term professional experience in the field of drive technology, standardization or development / engineering.
- Professional management experience is part of your profile.
- You have a good technical expertise in electrical drive technology products and systems - Motors and inverters
- One of your strengths is the ability to think strategically.
- You have very good negotiation and communication skills, being business fluent in German and English.
- The willingness for business travel rounds your profile.
