You will work in a talented team of data scientists and data engineers, contributing to the development of cutting-edge products that utilize marketing strategy and effectiveness. Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning are some of the tools used to solve marketing problems.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Together with the business owners and team, you define a clear vision + strategy for Marketing attribution and steering, and ensure the team follows it in every aspect of their work
- You will be the owner of Flix Marketing Attribution products: models, algorithms, forecasts that help measure the long-term impact of marketing spend
- Your products will enable teams to steer the whole marketing budget across different countries and channels
- You build quarterly Roadmaps by following our structured process for epic discovery to ensure business impact, scope and effort. We aim to define success metrics before starting the implementation
- You are in charge of transforming Roadmap epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, manage your team's capacity and enable the team to work autonomously while achieving its milestones
- You own, prioritize and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision and business priorities
- Together, with your technical team, you design, implement and optimize the services + products
- You collaborate closely with other Product Owners in cross-team initiatives.
- Create and maintain a good understanding of emerging technologies
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Profound experience as a Product Owner ideally with marketing products, understanding of Marketing Attribution is a strong plus
- First experience with analysis/ data science products. AI and machine learning are not new to you
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, Data Engineering or Solutions Architecture is a plus
- Devoted to deliver high quality products, with well-defined SLAs and monitoring in place
- Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, andthe ability to estimate the financial and strategic value of an epic
- Experience dealing with commercial/business stakeholders
- Comfortable learning different technical concepts
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience with applying agile software product development principles and techniques (e.g. Product Discovery, User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.)
- You'll bring openness, mutual respect + understanding, curiosity and positive attitude to collaborations across the domain and company
