Ihre Aufgaben:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
- Überwachung der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung intern und extern
- Mitwirkung bei der Auftragsabwicklung im täglichen Geschäft
- Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und Materialien
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Continous Improvement Maßnahmen
- Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen
- Betreuung von Umbauprojekten in der Produktion
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie zwingend zusätzliche Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prototypenbau und -fertigung
- Erfahrung in Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitern
- Gute Führungsqualitäten, Teamfähigkeit sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
