As Teamlead Order Processing (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the management of Order Processing at the Göttingen site.

This position reports to

Sales Support Manager

Your responsibilities

• Management and leading of Order Processing
• Supporting Order Processing in operational business
• Support for Order Processing Germany for SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, among others
• Ticket processing
• Training for Order Processing for new processes and tools
• Participation in the SAP SD working group ABB Germany
• Collection of KPIs
• Reporting

Your background

• Completed 3-year specialized vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk)
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable position
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• Very good knowledge of SAP
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Customer orientation, responsible and independent way of working
• Team orientation, commitment and dedication
