You will be a part of our Sales & Business Development Team which plays an integral role in growing the future success of our platform by inspiring the biggest brands for our innovative solution.

As our Team Lead Sales Development, you will be responsible to build, manage and grow world-class Sales Development Representatives to generate meetings that eventually provide opportunities for the Strategic Sales Managers. The Team Lead SD will work closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure success for the Sales Development Representatives. As the team lead you will train, coach, and manage the growing SDR team to help support the reps as individuals, and contributors to our success. While coaching team members through call and cadence reviews, product knowledge, and sales tactics you will overachieve against your team’s activity metrics and assigned quota.

Your role

  • Building and leading the team: Based on the company’s sales strategy you build up your team of sales development representatives, plan headcount, interview and hire new talent. You assure every team member feels welcomed, gets a thorough onboarding, and is constantly faced with challenging targets while you motivate and coach them to reach their goals.
  • Creating a sales culture: You will build a strong sales culture and develop strategies to generate leads and accounts.
  • Taking strategic decisions: To reach your targets, you will take strategic decisions on the adaptation of sales processes. You spot areas of improvement, move up the level of professionalism and integrate daily tasks into existing processes. When reasonable and feasible you leverage existing sales tools and data resources.
  • Keeping an analytical view: Through your analytical approach, you monitor your team’s KPIs while constantly analyzing reports and dashboards to track and report weekly activities.
  • Being a role model: Last but not least, you are a role model of strong sales behavior, customer focus, and taking ownership.
Our requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as Sales Development Representative and/or Account Executive in new B2B sales as well as 1+ year experience in leading a sales or business development team (in-/outbound)
  • Empathetic and driven leader (setting challenging targets+ motivating team), mentor, and trusted coach
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with relevant CRM tools like Salesforce and engagement platforms like Salesloft etc.
  • Accurate forecasting & consistent track record of 100% + of quota achievements as an individual contributor
  • Strong communicator with the ability to give and receive feedback as well as influence an audience
  • A critical mind to challenge existing ways of working, striving for optimization
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Business Administration degree (Bachelor's or higher) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, Economics, or a related field
