We are now looking for a leader to strengthen the Operational Support Services team within EUOPC Ostrava location. As Team Leader, you will lead the Project Controlling team!
This position reports to
Department Manager
Your responsibilities
- Lead a growing team of 8+ people including: order booking and invoicing, customer data maintenance, project registration & controlling, financials tracking, process development and improvement
- Develop, and continuously improve Project Controlling processes based on ABB guidelines
- Develop the team skills and competencies
- Motivate and coaches the team
- Build good relationship with internal customer (within ABB) and actively finds new opportunities of cooperation and team growth
- Participate in implementation of standardized processes and tools
Your background
- Experience in people management
- Past experience, order management, controlling
- SAP know-how
- Good communication skills
- Pro-active and self-driven personality
- Ability to motivate others and further develop the team
- Advanced in English – daily active communication
