Job description

In your new role you will:

• Travel arrangement: flight and hotel booking, visa process if applicable regarding international trips.
• Expense claim: both in Concur and paper PTR (vendor payment).
• Create PR and call off PO as needed ( such as workshop, gift and iPhone purchase).
• Conference coordinator: support organizing workshop on logistics arrangements, coordinate attendees travel schedule.
• Representative in Roof Garden Committee to support company event: annual dinner/ outing.
• Admin: Biz card, stationery, Nostas.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree 2nd-4th grade student with major in English or Business
• Administration. Language: Excellent in written and fluent in spoken English.
• Skills: MS-Excel, PPT, Word.
• Working schedule: Can work 3-4 days per week.
