Our team is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experience Talent Sourcer to join our journey in making sure we identify and attract the best talents with focus on Belgium and Luxembourg as well as the European region interested in driving innovations together with us.If you are passionate about networking, know how to source on multiple channels and enjoy learning about different roles we are looking forward to welcoming you on board.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead for Central and Southern Europe you will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and working closely with out talent team members, supporting multiple businesses.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract from Early Talents to Senior Professionals for various roles
• Follow-up with Talents on their career development keeping in mind future opportunities
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and engagement with potential candidates
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team ensuring continuous growth of talent pools
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing plans
• Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals and networking
• Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, receiving offers and getting hired
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Actively contribute to an international team by exchanging and working on different projects within our Talent Acquisition landscape

Your background

• Experience in the field of Sourcing or Recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
• Effective time management abilities
• Fluency in Dutch and English. French is considered a plus
