PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND TEAM

 

The “People Development & Wellbeing” team is responsible for:

·       Learning

o   the L&D strategy definition and execution.

o   ensuring Group Operations transition into a continuous learning organization by strongly collaborating with the business and local/global HR teams, by changing the way of learning  and by promoting new ways of L&D opportunities and solutions

o   enabling the business transformation (key scope: upskilling/reskilling) by CoE consulting and by providing a global inhouse offer for individual & collective upskilling and reskilling needs (both on soft and technical skills) based on the current and future business needs

·       Talent & Leadership Development

o   ensuring that GO systematically identifies, develops and retains crucial skill profiles (as-is, future/WFE) by designing and implementing adequate solutions based on GO’s definition of people segments and by providing attractive development opportunities for specific people segments.

o   fostering internal job mobility and connecting employees to career growth opportunities

o   upskilling of managers and developing talents by designing and implementing global standards & solutions.

·       D&I/Wellbeing

o   ensuring that GO embraces a culture of D&I and is a role model for AXA Group’s D&I strategy by setting D&I at the top of GO’s agenda (D&I strategy, targets & plans) and by designing and implementing tailor made solutions to increase the diversity in the organization

o   being a trusted person for D&I matters for all employees

o   ensuring staff work in environments that encourage physical and mental wellbeing

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

o   Execute GO’s People Strategy through our Talent Development programs

o   Manages AXA GO’s Talent Development programs (Lead the Change and Be the Change), by

o   defining, designing and deploying solutions for a transversal scope with an end to end responsibility (incl. coordination with Group Operations countries, when needed)

o   partnering with external design & delivery organization, ensuring program events (virtual and in-person) are delivered at top quality/ meets participant and stakeholder expectations

o   liaising with key stakeholders, internal and external guests, and participants to manage all aspects of program delivery

o   monitoring participant and alumni metrics, like retention and turnover rates

o   fostering internal job mobility and connecting employees to career growth opportunities

o   acting as an “internal inplacement capability” to proactively and reactively accompany the employees in their career orientation; in close collaboration with the HRBPs and the Talent Acquisition teams

o   by interacting with key stakeholders of the business and of HR locally and globally

o   Manages a dedicated budget for the programs in cooperation with PDW Strategic Planner and Head of PDW


Your Profile

Skills & Competencies

 

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to grow a strong network

  • Decision making and ability to work independently in a complex environment

  • Capable of advising and working with Senior Executives and stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking to deal with complex challenges with a balance of strategic perspective and operational execution. Ability to navigate through change as well as manage change, especially in a fast-changing environment

  • Strong business acumen

  • Very strong in project and program management practices in complex and multicultural environment

  • Very strong Talent & Leadership development competencies: designing, delivering, monitoring Talent & Leadership development solutions (e.g. talent development programs, upskilling programs for managers, evolving competency models) with a complex and business-critical scope

  • Very strong program facilitation experience (virtual & in-person)

  • Ability to take over functional leadership responsibility for less experienced people in the team

  • Excellent listening and communication skills

  • High degree of work ethics and professionalism; leads by example

  • English proficiency is mandatory. Other languages of GO countries is a plus.
