Systems Analyst, Computer Vision (M/W/D) – Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

• Collaborate with data scientists, business stakeholders and IT teams to define, build and deploy predictive models using machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling techniques and other advanced analytical methods
• Develop and/or use scripts for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and prediction
• Manage the model lifecycle from development to production, including model versioning, testing and deployment
• Ensure the availability, reliability and performance of data models used in Computer Vision solutions
• Monitor and optimize model performance through regular testing and evaluation, addressing any issues or inconsistencies that may arise
• Develop and maintain documentation for all aspects of model development, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model architecture, performance metrics and use cases
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of models, as well as expanding their applicability to new business areas or use cases
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning and apply this knowledge to continually improve models and drive business value

• Understanding of data analytics tools, techniques, and technologies, including SQL, Python and/or various data visualization and reporting tools
• Proven experience in managing predictive models using machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and other advanced analytical methods
• Must be able to understand integrated systems and their dependencies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and a self-starter
• Ability to identify tasks which require automation and develop the tools to address them.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, IT professionals, and other subject matter experts
• A passion for continuous learning and improvement, with the ability to adapt to modern technologies and methodologies as they emerge
• Troubleshoot issues with vision infrastructure and software, and mitigate production impacts, including as part of an on-call rotation
