Responsibilities
- You take over the operation and administration of Windows 2016 / 2019 servers and domains
- You support services in the infrastructure environment (Active Directory, ADFS, AD Azure Connect, DHCP, DNS, group policies)
- You are responsible for consulting, support and troubleshooting for customer systems
- You are also responsible for documentation and the occasional creation of concepts in the area of MS Active Directory
- Continuous updating of operating, process and system documentation
- Ticket processing (remote analysis and solution via incident, change and problem management) in day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Completed studies, e.g. in computer science or a comparable IT education
- Professional experience in the areas of Windows Server operating systems, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory as well as native print solutions
- Good technical IT knowledge in the area of Windows Server and Azure AD
- Knowledge of scripting, preferably Powershell
- Experience in dealing with ticket systems (ITSM) and basic knowledge of ITIL are desirable
- Ideally experience in the VMware environment, with Cloud IasS such as Azure and AWS as well as experience in the Citrix environment
- Good language skills in English
