Would you like to work on interesting projects? Are you interested in developing software using the latest technologies? Do you want to work on applications that make sense and can be used in Industry 4.0? Are you tired of writing stupid CRUD applications, but are you attracted to more complex development challenges? We are looking for new colleagues to join the Operations Centre Europe in Ostrava and Pilsen to help us with the development of SW products for huge naval ships or safety management on oil platforms. Or would you rather deal with data processing from industrial plants? We have this and more on our backlog. SW projects that you can encounter with us are, for example: • Optimisation of seagoing ship routes • Management of container transshipment points in ports or railways • Safety Management on Oil Rigs • Collection of data from industrial plants and their subsequent analysis and processing • Transformation and visualization of data from energy operations • Creation of tools based on processing, evaluation and visualization of business data • Different solutions in the areas where we are implementing digitalisation In parallel, we work on about 100 different projects during the year, so if you are not interested in any of them, there is no need to despair, we are usually able to find a suitable project for almost everyone. We follow agile principles in development. If you are interested in this offer, then do not hesitate to apply even if you do not meet all the criteria. You will work on international SW development projects in smaller teams (2-5 people).

Your responsibilities
- Design and development of Business Intelligence solutions
- Data collection, analysis and reporting
- Data extraction and transformation from data stores and systems (ETL)
- Creation of data models and interactive reports
- Supervision of data accuracy and completeness
- Communication with the customer and analysis of requirements
- Implementation of customer-requested changes
- Collaborate throughout the solution lifecycle
Your background
- Secondary school/university education in the field of information technology, software engineering or a related field (or another technical field)
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level, daily communication with foreign partners)
- Good knowledge of T-SQL
- Management of MS SQL databases (Access management, query optimilization and others)
- Knowledge of MS Azure cloud solution (especially Azure Data Factory)
- Ability to analyze the problem and propose a solution
- Independence, good communication skills, responsibility
- Willingness to learn new things
- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage
- Overview in the economic or IT field is an advantage
