Your future role.

• You support the implementation and management of structured processes, tools and governance structures for extensive expansion of EU Taxonomy, CSRD and further Sustainability Reporting.
• You also support the development of processes and structures to secure efficient and compliant EU Taxonomy, CSRD and Sustainability Reporting, ensuring data traceability and auditability.
• You will be in charge of defining and maintaining of harmonized Sustainability KPIs incl. Control Requirements.
• You guide the implementation, maintenance and report the internal control systems, especially towards the step-up to “reasonable assurance.”
• Your support of the quantitative & qualitative disclosure of EU Taxonomy, CSRD and Sustainability KPIs is needed.
• Furthermore, you define improvement and transformation plans regarding reporting jointly with businesses and functions.

Your profile.

• You own a university degree in business administration, finance, AI, IT or comparable.
• You have first experience in developing sustainability reports at headquarter level.
• Profound knowledge in finance and Sustainability Reporting regulations is needed.
• Your intercultural awareness skill is required.
• You got strong project management, organizational and communicative skills.
• You have experience with company governmental structures and governance of international subsidiaries as well as management across multiple international legal entities from reporting perspectives.
• You got excellent interpersonal skills, combined with high analytical approach and skill-set.
• You have result orientation skills and a ‘hands-on’ mentality to get things done, ready for pioneer work and agile working mode.
• You got affinity and curiosity for technical contexts and IT-topics (e. g. data management, tool implementation, internal IT-controls).
• Very good English skills rpund your profile.
