• You will shape the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy in the Materials Services segment
• You coordinate the implementation of key initiatives and projects within Materials Services worldwide
• You organize and moderate cross-departmental committees on the topic of sustainability within Materials Services
• You proactively seek regular exchange with relevant departments within Materials Services and thyssenkrupp AG, e.g. to promote the exchange of knowledge on sustainability topics
• You will also provide important input to the organizations for the achievement of strategically relevant goals in the areas environment, social and governance, i.e. the internationally recognized ESG criteria
• Finally, you will analyze economic and political developments from a sustainability perspective

• You have successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, economics, political science, engineering or a comparable field of study
• You have initial relevant professional experience in the field of sustainability
• You have at least 3 years of experience in project and program management, ideally in an international company
• In addition to very good analytical and conceptual skills, you have a high level of assertiveness and superb implementation skills
• You impress those around you with your confident demeanor, strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different & international conversation partners
• You are able to work independently
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
