Job Purpose:

DHL is looking for a dynamic Campaign Manager, with a passion for sustainability, to join our global procurement team, bringing energy and enthusiasm in a positive environment to manage the success of the sustainable procurement programs.

This role will help to build and maintain a sustainable and resilient supplier base in the DHL Group by ensuring that environmental, social, and ethical (ESG) standards applicable by law, and in line with DHL Group’s own standards, are built into relevant processes and accepted by suppliers.

Your key tasks:

Analytical:

• Merge internal and external data for ESG supplier assessments.
• Analyze campaign data for issue resolution and progress transparency.
• Interpret large datasets, produce meaningful reports for stakeholders.

Project Management:

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate campaigns for resource optimization.
• Monitor campaigns, provide improvement recommendations.
• Support and motivate the community, including sustainability champions.

Technical:

• Conduct system demonstrations and provide support to internal teams.
• Develop professional presentations for suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify tools and solutions for ESG risk management.
• Run and monitor campaigns, support in supplier allegations.

• Over 3 years of international experience, thriving in multicultural environments.
• Expertise in ESG-related supplier assessments and comprehensive knowledge of supply chain risks.
• Excellent Excel and data analytical skills, adept at providing meaningful insights in various formats.
• Autonomous operator with high organizational skills, excelling in task prioritization and time management.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of directing multiple topics simultaneously.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Process and results-oriented personality, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
• Pragmatic with an international mindset and high cross-cultural awareness.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German desirable.
• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability Studies, or equivalent qualification.
• Preference for candidates familiar with Ecovadis, SMETA Trained, and experienced in managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
• Passionate about sustainability, responsible sourcing, and contributing to impactful projects abroad.
