What You’ll Do:
You are responsible for reworking body parts or the raw body,
Your main task is to quickly locate and correct production errors and dents,
You work according to the complete rework catalogue, you evaluate your result according to our quality standards and eliminate errors independently,
You document damage promptly and accurately and forward it to the appropriate departments,
You guarantee the maintenance of a safe and collaborative work environment.
What You'll Bring:
You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a coachbuilder in the industrial sector or in the workshop,
You know what is important in the automotive industry and can organize several tasks with the same high priorities, as well as set and achieve goals,
You have a hands-on mentality, the ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts (continuous rotating shift model),
Your work always meets the highest quality standard,
You (and we!) are enthusiastic about new trends in production and develop creative solutions to improve processes and master every challenge,
You communicate with your team and have an empathetic approach, which you can use to positivelyinfluence the work performance of each team member,
You speak and understand German and additional English is desirable.
