The Position
As a Supply Chain Systems Manager you enable the order, supply and distribution management functions by ensuring reliable system functionalities and compliant processing standards across the global end-to-end Supply Chain operations network. The prime responsibility as a Supply Chain Systems Manager is to provide issue resolution and support for system and/or interface related topics, as well as to administer application specific customs, trade, safety and quality relevant procedures. Moreover, you work closely with the broader organization to document applicable operating standards, share best practice knowledge and provide training to employees on relevant procedures.

Ensure reliable system operations and efficient issue resolution
Maintain customs, export control and dangerous goods compliant systems
Provide technical support on system/interface roles, functions and parameters
Manage system, quality, trade and logistics relevant process standards
Train and support people on applicable system procedures and share best practices
Maintain effective communication and collaboration across functions
Qualifications and Experience

You will be willing to explore new opportunities, be comfortable with ambiguity and taking smart risks, while complying with the latest regulations. For this position we are looking for someone with:
Bachelor degree in relevant field and/or APICS certification (or equivalent) are a strong plus as well as minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience in the pharma or logistics industry
Excellent knowledge of SAP SD / MM modules / SAP eWM and ATTP as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Work experience with quality and/or trade specific applications and partners
