We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Analyst to join our team and bring your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and Business Process automation to the table. You will be responsible for extracting insights from various data sources, crafting engaging reports and dashboards, and developing business solutions that streamline our operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Design and execute data queries using SQL to extract relevant information from diverse data sources.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to prepare data for analysis.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Visualization:
- Create compelling and informative dashboards and reports using QlikView/QlikSense or Power BI.
- Effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders at all levels through clear and concise presentations.
- Leverage data visualization best practices to ensure clarity and user-friendliness.
- Business Solution Development:
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance business efficiency.
- Develop and implement custom Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to automate tasks and processes.
- Integrate solutions with existing systems and data sources to ensure seamless operation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SQL scripting and query writing.
- Skilled in QlikView/QlikSense or Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for data and its potential to drive business results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, computer science, business analytics) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience with SQL scripting and data querying.
- Demonstrated proficiency in QlikView/QlikSense or Power BI for data visualization.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.
