your responsibilities:
The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Supply Chain and Quality Manager Cabin. Part of their responsibilities will include:
- Monitor or support new product introduction, ToW, changes, to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
- Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision
- Manage/contribute to supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for On time, on Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance
- Manage supplier quality Approval ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development
- Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions
- Work out short term recovery plans
- Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects
- Report on supplier operational performance
- Apply the current associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier management
personal requirements:
- High-tuned communication, presentation & influencing skills towards all management levels - internally and externally
- Team player with multi-cultural awareness
- Independent, structured and result-oriented work and good analytical skills
professional training/studies:
- International management at least a bachelor's degree or
- Supply Chain Quality at least Bachelor's degree
work experience:
- Supplier management for at least 2 years
- Quality management for at least 3 years
knowledges:
- Project management at least good knowledge
- Total quality management (problem solving methods) at least basic knowledge
IT:
- Google workspace is advantageous
further knowledge:
- Aibu's experience an advantage
- SAP advantageous
- Risk management an advantage
- Change management an advantage
- Lean management an advantage
languages:
- Business fluent English
- Germand is an advantage
