Your IMPACT:
- Act as the regional point of contact for Supplier Quality and collaborating with the corporate Supplier Quality team
- Actively participate in defining Schneider Supplier Quality Management (SSQM) processes and provide feedback to the corporate Supplier Quality team for improved applicability, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Work closely with Schneider plants and suppliers across continents
- Train and coach Schneider plants in SSQM processes to ensure effective deployment of tools and processes
- Monitor Supplier Quality performance at the regional level and drive Supplier Quality performance improvement together with plants
- Lead Supplier Quality improvement, development, and transformation projects, utilizing quality tools, problem-solving methodologies, and coordinating resolution of critical Supplier Quality issues and escalations

Your Profile:
- Several years of professional experience in Supplier Quality or quality function with a good command of English and presentation skills
- G ood manufacturing process knowledge, such as special processes, mechanical component manufacturing, epoxy molding, etc., and a good understanding of QMS, APQP, PPAP, SPC, PFMEA, and problem-solving tools
- A bility to build successful relationships, work across multiple disciplines, and collaborate effectively with a large network of internal colleagues.
- High commitment to company vision, values, and excellent customer service, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Strong leadership, team building, change management skills, and experience in developing, managing, and executing corporate programs, along with structured and process-oriented thinking
- Ability to articulate complex analysis effectively, influence others, and interact with various levels of management, demonstrating high energy, engagement, and a strong aptitude for learning new topics
