Job description

As an HR working student, you will contribute to personnel administration topics, working closely with our HR team and supporting them in their daily work.
In this new role, you will:

  • Provide administrative support for several HR topics and processes;
  • Contribute to preparing students' contracts and documentation;
  • Support the data maintenance during employees' lifecycle at the company;
  • Support HR projects by preparing presentations, drafting concepts, and tracking action items;
  • Be involved in communication with new student employees and external partners, such as medical providers;
  • Offer dedicated support with data analysis for different HR reports;
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related events.

Your Profile

You are process-oriented and have a structured working style. You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task while keeping high-quality standards for your work.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:

  • Completed at least 2 years of a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field;
  • A collaborative mindset and strong customer orientation;
  • Good communicational skills and the ability to network with different partners;
  • A discreet approach when dealing with sensitive data;
  • Previous experiences in HR or related areas would be an advantage;
  • Microsoft Office knowledge would be a plus;
  • Good command of English.
