As an HR working student, you will contribute to personnel administration topics, working closely with our HR team and supporting them in their daily work.
In this new role, you will:
- Provide administrative support for several HR topics and processes;
- Contribute to preparing students' contracts and documentation;
- Support the data maintenance during employees' lifecycle at the company;
- Support HR projects by preparing presentations, drafting concepts, and tracking action items;
- Be involved in communication with new student employees and external partners, such as medical providers;
- Offer dedicated support with data analysis for different HR reports;
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related events.
Your Profile
You are process-oriented and have a structured working style. You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task while keeping high-quality standards for your work.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- Completed at least 2 years of a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field;
- A collaborative mindset and strong customer orientation;
- Good communicational skills and the ability to network with different partners;
- A discreet approach when dealing with sensitive data;
- Previous experiences in HR or related areas would be an advantage;
- Microsoft Office knowledge would be a plus;
- Good command of English.
