Sie koordinieren mit unserem Einkäuferteam die Ausrichtung der globalen strategischen Führung auf unsere Lieferanten. Wir arbeiten mit modernsten Technologien 4.0 und haben Spaß daran, agile Lösungen zu entwickeln und gleichzeitig das Unternehmenswachstum zu unterstützen. Ihre Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung von Einkaufsstrategien für die verantwortlichen Produktgruppen

• Führen Sie Vertragsverhandlungen mit Dienstleistern

• Ermittlung von Bedarfs- und Nutzenanalysen unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und technischer Aspekte

• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Analysen und Berichten

• Analyse, Benchmarking von Verträgen und Prozessen, um diese zu optimieren

• Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Workshops mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil:

• Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf

• E-Procurement-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Lieferantenkatalogen und B2B-Prozessen

• Grundkenntnisse in rechtlichen Fragen rund um Beschaffungsthemen

• Fähigkeit, selbstständig, aber auch als aktives Teammitglied zu arbeiten

• Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive, organisierte und flexible Persönlichkeit

• Fähigkeit, gute Beziehungen aufzubauen und effektiv mit internen Benutzern und Lieferanten zusammenzuarbeiten

• Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Kenntnisse in gängiger Office-Software wie Microsoft Word, Excel

• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

Strategic Buyer (all genders)

We offer you an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role and help take the supplier strategy to the next level with global reach. You will coordinate with our procurement team to align global strategic leadership with our suppliers. We work with cutting-edge 4.0 technologies and enjoy developing agile solutions while supporting business growth. Your key responsibilities:

• Development of purchasing strategies for the responsible product groups

• Lead contract negotiations on a local and global level with strategic suppliers

• Determination of needs and benefits analysis considering economic and technical aspects

• Support national teams in term of annual contract negotiations

• Create presentations, analyzes, and reports within the product group

• Analysis and bench-marking of contracts and processes and their optimization

• Prepare and participate in workshops with stakeholders

Your ideal qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in economics or a related field

• Demonstrated working experience in procurement

• E-procurement knowledge, experience with supplier catalogues and b2b processes

• Basic knowledge of legal matters related to procurement topics

• Autonomous worker with a strong sense for active team work

• Ability to establish good relationships and work effectively with internal users and suppliers

• Strong problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive, organized, flexible way of working

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in common office software like Microsoft Word, Excel

• Professional language skills in verbal and written German and English
