Stafftravel & Interline designs ID travel policies on SWISS and other airlines in close coordination with HR. It handles all private and business travel for SWISS staff, subsidiaries and others and provides various IT systems for booking and ticketing, which it develops in coordination with IT.

As part of the Stafftravel team, you will support and advise our internal clientele on all aspects of their ID travel. The focus of your duty will be advisory on private ID travel.
- Servicing of the various SWISS internal and external authorized persons for their business and private travel (telephone, e-mail)
- Answering all kinds of inquiries, support for bookings and ticketing on IT booking tools and systems
- Post-processing of employee travel, e.g. processing of refunds of unused coupons, downgrade refunds, etc.
- Coordination and timely communication flow with internal and external interfaces
