About the role
As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will take the lead in developing intricate user interfaces for web applications, playing a pivotal role in defining and maintaining the technical standards for Frontend development within our organization. Your expertise in leading the creation of seamless user experiences will be invaluable. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers, ensuring that our web applications deliver exceptional user experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing performance and scalability issues, writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, mentoring and coaching junior engineers, and keeping abreast of emerging trends and best practices in frontend development.
