Ingredient Reporting Manager

(2-year contract)

Position Purpose

The SRA Regulatory Reporting Manager has full responsibility for the timely generation and completion of all regulatory required ingredient reports for all JTI Products worldwide in line with regulatory requirements.

What will you do – responsibilities:

• Produce ingredient reports for JTIs complete global brand portfolio to regulatory authorities for JTI markets around the world.
• Extract and collate all regulatory required information from corporate systems and business units.
• Ensure timely and accurate report creation to capture product changes, pre-market launch reports and product delisting processes.
• Analyze and verify the data and initiate data follow-up activities with the associated business owners where necessary.
• Proactively review systems and workflows to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Test and validate new system functionalities.

Who are we looking for – requirements:

• Preferably a degree in a scientific or technical subject
• Experience in tobacco regulations and/or in regulatory aspects of other industry sectors such as food, cosmetic, chemical and/or pharmaceutical industries are preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of product specifications (preferably in the FMCGs area).
• Experience in dynamic business environments, deadlines, and in addressing product and process related inquiries.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Confidence in dealing with internal and external partners
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential trade secret information
• High willingness to learn new systems, processes and to demonstrate initiative
• Strong knowledge of common PC software applications, MS Office and SAP
• Ability to handle competing priorities effectively
• Excellent English skills, knowledge of other language(s) advantageous
