Im Rahmen des Post Trade Processing werden Börsengeschäfte im In- und Ausland abgerechnet, die offenen Settlements weltweit überwacht und schweizer Namenaktien bewirtschaftet. Darüber hinaus kümmern wir uns um Prozessoptimierungen und weitere Verbesserungen. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Handel, Reconciliation, der IT und anderen Organisationseinheiten ermöglicht es dem Team, Prozesse weiterzuentwicklen und bei Projekten mitzuwirken.YOUR CHALLENGE
Tagfertige Verarbeitung von Börsengeschäften und Exception Handling
Überwachung von Settlements weltweit für Aktien, Obligationen, ETFs, Fonds und strukturierten Produkten
Identifizieren und Verwalten von Risikopositionen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Schnittstellen
Ein-/Austragungen sowie Mutationen im Zusammenhang mit schweizer Namenaktien
Abstimmung interner Konti
Dokumentation interner Prozesse und Verfassen von Arbeitsanleitungen
Mitarbeit beim Testing von IT-Changes und Projekten
YOUR PROFILE
Erfahrung im Bereich Börsenverarbeitung und Settlement
Kenntnisse in der Bewirtschaftung von schweizer Namenaktien
Grundkenntnisse über Finanzinstrumente
Ausgeprägtes Risikobewusstsein bezüglich Börsengeschäfte und Settlement
SWIFT-Kenntnisse
Teamplayer und die Fähigkeit selbständig zu arbeiten
Flair für Prozessanalyse und/oder technische Fragestellungen von Vorteil
Fliessend in Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (mind. B2)
