Specialist (m/f/d) Program Management for HR Operations

We are looking for a new colleague in our department HR Operations at our location in Düsseldorf or at any other location in Germany
Your tasks as Specialist (m/f/d) Program Management for HR Operations:
- Drive the rollout of HR Operations and Shared Service Center by executing standards, implementing best in class processes and policies to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction
- Act as a project manager to migrate processes to HR Operations and support creating a process roadmap including process design and implementation planning with the aim of achieving standardization, harmonization and best practices sharing
- Analyze processes, develop process designs, adopt, implement, and ensure stabilization of results to ensure smooth handover and running operations
- Responsible for analytics in the context of CoE Learning, f.ex. setting up and delivering special reports
- Leverage automated solutions by defining HR system / technology requirements and represent those solutions in front of internal committees (f.ex. work’s council)
Your profile as Specialist (m/f/d) Program Management for HR Operations:
- Completed university degree with focus on Business Administration, IT Processes, or comparable qualification in addition to min. 5 years work experience in the area of HR, IT or Process Management
- Detailed knowledge of different HR processes and HR Data Management, ideally experience in HR process design as well as with Case Management Systems (ideally ServiceNow)
- IT technical overview knowledge, understand data dependencies between HR systems and experience with the use of low code platforms, f.ex. PowerPlatform
- Process improvement skills and mindset as well as drive for digitalization, ideally demonstrated in leading digital projects
- Fluent English skills, excellent communication skills, change management mind-set, can-do mentality
