Then come and join our global team as Software Tester (f/m/d) Point of Care (PoC) to ensure the functionality of our New Generation PoC software products for networking solutions.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for developing test cases for web applications and Windows services as well as manual test execution
• Together with other colleagues, you will drive the automation of software tests, using common automation tools such as Selenium, Specflow, etc.
• The review of requirements with focus on testability is also part of your task
• You use the Test Management System and are responsible for ensuring test coverage of all requirements
• You will be responsible for analyzing test results and creating bug reports and feature requests

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a university degree in the field of computer science/technical informatics or a similar discipline
• You have first professional experience in the area of software testing
• You have solid knowledge in the area of test strategies (preferably ISTQB Foundation Level) as well as in the area of test automation
• You have good knowledge of SQL and common programming languages for test automation (e.g. C#). Knowledge of industry-specific communication protocols (e.g. HL7, ASTM, POCT1-a) is desirable
• You have experience with software tools for bug and feature tracking and test management as well as in the area of agile methods

Your attributes and skills:

• You have very good English skills for confident handling of English language documents as well as confident English language communication on the phone. Good German language skills for trouble-free communication in the team are desirable
• You approach problem cases in a structured and proactive manner while always keeping the high quality of our products in mind
• You have the ability to apply what you have learned to new problems
• You have a high sense of responsibility in the execution of your tasks
• You are a team player, communicate well and work independently. You are also motivated to learn new technologies on your own initiative and to keep up to date with new developments
