Software Product Manager (M/W/D) – Gigafactory Berlin -Brandenburg

• Define and own the product vision, product strategy and delivery roadmap for your application
• Translate business requirements to user journeys that resonate with stakeholders and the software engineering team
• Track and report development progress, identify and manage risks and dependencies
• Work with software engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to maximize business value delivered
• Adopt future scalability of the application and help the team embrace the same
• Own the quality of the software deliverables that cater for functional and non-functional requirements 
• Define and track a set of KPIs, to measure product performance and business impact. Channel these KPIs into the prioritization process
• Find the right balance between new feature development, technology improvements, and operational excellence efforts during prioritization
• Support the application, businesses stakeholders and users with adequate learning and enabling content

• Experience in, or knowledge of software product management
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and embrace change
• Confident user of industry standard collaboration tools, especially Jira and Confluence
• Ability to communicate efficiently with peers and stakeholders on all levels, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in a manufacturing, or similarly operations-intensive environment is a big plus
• Prior working experience as a hands-on software engineer is a big plus
• Ability to query and analyze data using SQL is big plus
