Stellenbeschreibung
- You represent yourself as Finance Business Partner for integrated Supply Chain in collaboration with and as a sparring partner for the Site Manager, Site Management Team and the Supply Chain team.
- Develop and present pertinent financial analyses to facilitate and propel the performance management of ISC operations.
- Oversee an efficient, accurate, and timely financial reporting and planning cycle for the sites/ISC organization, encompassing Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and local procurement.
- This includes, among other aspects, precise and current product costing, control and planning of FMC & logistical costs, management of OWC (Inventories & Suppliers), and Capex planning.
- Ensure proper accounting and reporting for ISC operations, aligning with Finance Operations as necessary.
- Assist the EMEA Supply Chain Controller in the local implementation of regional Supply Chain projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning process.
- Ensure that ISC decisions align with long-term value creation objectives, within the relevant financial and other frameworks.
- Implement and evolve appropriate controls.
Profil
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree would be advantageous.
- Relevant experience in controlling within an industrial/production environment.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
- Analytical, strategic, and problem-solving work style.
- Independence and an interest in the underlying aspects of numbers.
- Open to Change Management.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in SAP (or another ERP system).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
