Role summary:
Flowserve is looking for a Shipping Clerk at the Dortmund site. You are responsible for the packaging of materials and products. The responsibilities also include dispositions tasks such as the assignment of orders and data input.
Your tasks:
Packaging of materials/products after checking number of pieces according to packing list and work instructions
Selection of packaging according to regulations and guidelines/ customer requirements
Marking of packages according to international standards and assignment of labels coming from shipping department
Packaging of small parts in cardboard boxes
Inspection of workpieces to be complete
Loading of boxes intended for dispatch
Check parts/materials for clearly identifiable damage by simple determinations. Store parts/materials in specified storage locations, if necessary protect them from damage using standard packaging. Adding and deducting stocks according to specifications
Enter predefined data in ERP/Oracle
Assemble parts/materials by simple determinations
PC work: booking of operations and completion notifications
Your profile:
Completed 2-year vocational training, e.g. as a specialist warehouse clerk
Forklift license, MS-Office & computer skills
Flexibility, resilience, commitment, initiative, communication skills
