Shift Supervisor, Stamping Operations (M/W/D) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

We are looking for a Shift-Supervisor who will control the maintenance and servicing of the technical, interlinked systems in the Stamping-shop through the production area. The disciplinary and professional management of the employees as well as ensuring the sustainable production of the Tesla Model Y will determine your everyday life.

• You ensure the production process in accordance with the requirements of safety, quality, delivery, time, costs and morals
• You take over the organization of your employees as well as the personnel planning
• You are responsible for the induction, qualification and coaching of your employees
• You update and control relevant work instructions and inventory
• You oversee series production with regard to product changes and product improvements
• You analyze and optimize our production processes with regard to lean production, CIP and 5S
• You represent us as a brand ambassador and generate enthusiasm and curiosity for Tesla in discussions with potential employees, customers and stakeholders.

• You have a craft or technical apprenticeship with further training to become a Foreman, Supervisor or Technician
• You have relevant and several years of professional and managerial experience in production or manufacturing, in the Stamping shop and ideally in the automotive sector
• You know what is important in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and can organize multiple tasks with the same high priorities, as well as set and achieve goals
• You bring a hands-on mentality and the willingness to work in 4-shifts
• You inspire yourself (and us!) in production and develop creative solutions to improve processes and problems
• You communicate at eye level with your team and have an empathetic empathy, which allows you to positively influence the work performance of each team member
• You speak and understand German, additional knowledge of English is desirable
